These people pretty much lay it out there. Nuff said.

July
I've been MIA again.
Themes and activities for the month have consisted of:
- Missing the mountains.
Adjusting to night shift.
- House projects (indoor projects, mostly, like painting. The yard is back in Chia Pet territory, which is common).
Adjusting to night shift.
- Family in town. Oregon coast. Good food. Nieces and nephews. Heat wave. Swimming pools. Learning that my house is really, really not toddler proof.
Adjusting to night shift.
- 1/2 day Adventure Park at Skibowl on 2.5 hours of sleep. Worth the full price tag? In my opinion, probably not. But for a 2-for-1 Groupon to try it out, sure. Would I go back? Not unless I was 14 and the parents were buying. It's a hoot and holler for kids though.
Adjusting to night shift.
- Learning more than just the basics of sea kayaking during a 2.5 day full immersion class (more on that later).
Adjusting to night shift.
My circadian rhythm is soooooo screwed right now.
